*Develop and implement strategic business plans with key accounts.

*Manage the development of Nuclear Services Proposals, Cost Estimates, Pricing Strategies, Terms and Conditions, and Customer Purchase Order review.

*Be the primary interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities within Nuclear Services.

*Manage, facilitate and drive a cross-functional team consisting of Business Leaders, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Sourcing, and Account Managers.

*Present deal structure to Business Leadership for approval.

*Participate with Nuclear Account Manager and Commercial Director in negotiations with the customer as required.

*Ensure compliance with the GE commercial risk process by acting as a technical and commercial Risk Manager.

*Partner with functional leaders ( Marketing / Sales Team ) to improve customer satisfaction and bring customer issues directly to the business for resolution.

*Maintain the GE Opportunities Management ( CMS ) and Cost Estimating systems

*Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to the "Inquiry to Order" process.

Qualifications

*BS / BA degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Economics.

*Minimum of 5 years experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering, or Contracts.

Eligibility requirements:

*Must be 18 years of age or older.

*Must be willing to take a drug test.

*Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.

*Low to Moderate travel will be required.

Desired

*High energy level, broad business acumen, effective communicator at all levels (internal and external), ability to motivate a team.

*Nuclear Industry related experience a plus.

*Strong overall business knowledge and analytical skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

*Ability to work in a team environment.
