EXPERIENCED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PRACTICIONER WITH CLIENTS:
Well regarded mid-sized law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney with savvy, enthusiasm and portable business. Attorneys interested in this opportunity will have at least 6 years of litigation experience in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright or related IP matters, along with at least $500K in portable business. Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to department building and ability to generate enthusiasm among colleagues is also a must. Compensation will be very competitive based on experience, and all inquiries will be handled in the strictest confidence.
