Description:

We seek a healthcare/life sciences attorney with at least seven years of experience in a transactional and health care regulatory practice, preferably with a law firm. Our firm’s sophisticated healthcare practice includes a diverse array of local, regional and national clients, including health systems, research institutions, universities, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, physicians groups and medical insurance companies, nursing homes, and emerging life sciences companies. The ideal candidate will be working directly with clients, managing projects and assisting in the practice development and management of the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practices. Responsibilities might include FDA matters, human and animal subject research and clinical trials, export controls, technology development and licensing agreements, commercial contracts, anti-kickback, fraud, and abuse laws. A portable book of business is desirable. Location would ideally be our Grand Rapids, Michigan office, but we will consider other office locations.
