Description:

ERISA/Executive Compensation associate with 3-6 years of experience. Primary areas of experience should include all aspects of ERISA related transactional work, including merger and acquisitions and executive compensation. Although not required, experience with Title I of ERISA (VCOC/REOC) and benefits issues in financial restructuring a plus. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required.
