Description:

A well-respected (and just as importantly, well-liked) law firm in the Northern LA/Ventura County area seeks a Trademark Attorney to join its IP Practice. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have at least 4 years of experience handling trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation matters, with work in the trademark prosecution, licensing and portfolio management areas being a plus. Membership in the California Bar, a stable employment background, and a collaborative, cheerful disposition are also musts for this position. Compensation is competitive.
