An international law firm with more than 1,400 attorneys, is looking to hire an associate with 2–4 years of law firm experience for our Securities Practice. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills. A strong background in public and private offerings of securities and securities regulation is preferred.
