We’re representing a great mid-sized firm in the Westside that has everything but attitude. They’re looking to expand their intellectual property capabilities, and would love to talk to an experienced “Soft IP” litigation attorney who can help them do it. The attorney qualified for this opportunity will be a Senior Associate or Partner who has at least 7 years of litigation experience in the areas of trademark, copyright and related IP disputes. Since this is a practice area-development position, a prospective candidate must also have a portable book of business worth at least $500K, and a real enthusiasm for reaching out to prospective clients.
