We’re representing a 300+ attorney international law firm that does great work, pays well, has a working atmosphere that is professional but friendly, and provides its attorneys a free half-hour shoulder massage every day. Well, actually, one of the things in the prior sentence is not true. What we can confidently tell you, however, is that our client is successful and very busy, especially its Intellectual Property Department. They’re looking for an experienced litigation attorney with at least 5 solid years handling patent, trademark and copyright litigation cases. A qualified candidate for this rare, senior-level opportunity will be a California Bar member who has managed large cases from the early pleadings stage through final resolution. In other words, they’re looking for someone who can and likes to play a hands-on role in litigating large, complex cases, but can also staff, mentor and supervise more junior attorneys or paralegals if necessary. This is a great opportunity for someone on a holding pattern in a large firm, and looking for a place where becoming a partner is a real-world possibility.
