SITE MANAGER/SALES TEAM LEADER

(Port Hudson, LA-- Baton Rouge, LA---Du Bois, PA)

As a Site Manager/Sales Team Leader (title based on experience) will be your responsibility to coordinate and lead the efforts of your sales team as we provide technical and applications support to selected paper mill customers.

Position reports to the District Sales Manager.

The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Safety - maintain a safe, injury-free environment through active team participation and promptly addressing any identified safety deficiencies.
Customer Satisfaction - provide service and technical support for customers.
Customer Value - Thoroughly understand the customer's strategy and objectives including the needs of the our customer's customer.
Problem Solving - troubleshoot and solve Pulp and Paper problems for our customers.
Relationship - build strategic relationships with our customers.
Business Growth - work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Teamwork - Manage and motivate the team to deliver complete solutions for our customers.
Qualifications:

A commitment to work safely and provide excellent customer service.
A BS in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Chemistry or similar scientific field.
5+ years of chemical sales experience or technical/production experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry (or a related industry).
The ability to work individually and lead a team.
The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
To be employed, permanent residency status in the U.S. is required or otherwise authorized by the Attorney General.
Valid Drivers License.
