Our team is at the cutting edge of the amazing world of mobile devices improving Windows Mobile to meet our partner demands. Your mission will be to deliver high quality features, empower latest Windows Mobile technology, and enable exciting user scenarios to help our OEM partnership tens of millions of the coolest Windows Mobile devices into market.

We are looking for a motivated, customer centric and technically strong developers who would love to learn and impact on various architectures and component areas of Windows Mobile, ranging all the way from Windows CE low-level device driver (BSP), kernel and networking, file system, radio (GSM/CDMA/3G/UMTS) to Windows Mobile applications such as shell, phone, Bluetooth, WiFi, Messaging (SMS/MMS/Email), multimedia, and Mobile browser etc. You will work closely with HTC engineering teams and leadership to greatly influence their product plan and roadmap to optimize HTC and MCB's success. In addition, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the release schedule, device volume and interface with our top OEM partner HTC to help them bring their devices to market, more quickly. Becoming proficient in quickly understanding and impacting system-wide architectures will be part of your challenge. You will be using your quick learning abilities, great coding skills and debugging techniques to investigate various technical problems, make architecture changes, develop new features and provide fixes to help HTC ship a quality, well designed product. This is a great opportunity for you to get exposed with a breadth of the latest cutting-edge Windows CE/Windows Mobile technologies.

Basic qualifications include:
3 + years experience with software design (coding , C/C++, debugging, etc)
Experience completing at least one product ship cycle.
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Knowledge of Windows Mobile is a plus but not required. Other preferred qualifications include experience on various architectures and component areas of Windows Mobile

The ideal candidate will also have versatility to work on new technologies and different components for different releases. Passion, strong focus and willingness to learn will bring you success on the team.
