National practice with high profile clients requires attorney with 3-5 years of trademark/copyright experience in prosecution (US and foreign) and litigation. Experience as trademark examiner at USPTO a plus. Varied duties will include legal research, brief writing, drafting pleadings and discovery, document management and opportunity for courtroom litigation. Transactional work includes licensing.
