Attorney with two years but no greater than five years experience in trademark law. This position would be an addition to the firm?s trademark team. Duties would include trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, enforcement, litigation, cancellations, related agreements and trademark infringements. Candidates also are expected to be able to defend opposition proceedings and appear before the Trademarks Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) as required. Must have a J.D., Salary competitive plus a year end bonus. Reference 943307
