Searching for an attorney with two years but no greater than four years experience in a mixture of trademark preparation and prosecution. Will be responsible for both U.S. and foreign trademark preparation and prosecution; help and counsel client to create trademark portfolios to protect their brands and promote business strategies. Incumbent should have good litigation qualifications because there will be negotiation situations, however, there is no specific trademark litigation involved. Must have a J.D., No specific undergraduate degree required. Must be a member of a state board in good standing with intent of eventuality. Salary competitive plus a year end bonus.
