Domestic & international trademark practice including licensing, trade dress, preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, management of intellectual property portfolio (predominately trademarks), substantial counseling of various professionals within the organization; supervise outside counsel regarding intellectual property litigation & enforcement. Competitive salary and a minimum twenty percent year end bonus plus stock options associated with an offer of employment.
