Description:

New Jersey corporation is seeking a Trademark paralegal with 5 years experience.

Degree/certificate required.

Experience:


Educate business units on correct trademark usage.

Handle copyright issues including music and photocopying licenses.

Handle domain and cybersquatting issues.

Review Office gazette and Watch notices.

Draft licenses, IP agreements in relation to trademark & copyrights.

Manage all aspects of international prosecution.

Review trademark searches, conduct investigations and provide opinions to business units.

Prosecute US trademark applications.
